Q: Where are you located?

A: DMV, currently based in MD!! There will be a fee associated with travel outside of a 25-mile radius.

Q: How far do you travel?

A: I am open to traveling to cities outside of the Maryland, DC, and VA areas.

Additional fees such as travel expenses and lodging may apply.

Q: How much editing can I expect?

A: We prefer natural images so we will not edit too heavy or over-edit photos.

Q: Do you have a return policy?

A: Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our photography and videography services!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the final product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your photos or video and we will do our best to make it right.

• Please note that all sales are final and no refunds will be given after the 48-hour period. Additionally, in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill our commitment to provide photography or videography services for your event, we will provide a refund minus the expenses incurred.

• Following the 48-hour window, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Once payment has been received and services have been rendered, no refunds will be given. If a client needs to cancel a shoot or reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate their needs and reschedule the shoot at a mutually agreed-upon time.

• We appreciate your business and value your satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q: How are photos and/or videos delivered? 

A: Photo and/or video delivery will be via an online gallery. You'll receive a link via email to download your photos and/or video.

Q: When can I expect to receive my photos and/or videos?

A: Depending on the number of photos and/or videos, the estimated turnaround time for delivery is as follows:

• Headshots and portraits: 1-2 weeks

• Small business photography and videography: 2-3 weeks

• Food and beverage photography and videography: 2-4 weeks

• Family photography and videography: 2-4 weeks

• Event photography and videography: 4-6 weeks

• Wedding photography and videography: 6-8 weeks

Note:

• Turnaround time is based on the current project load of our team and delivery is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Sometimes we are able to deliver content sooner :)

Q: Do I have to book my own studio for the session?

A: If you're interested in booking a studio session with me, please note that it's your responsibility to find and reserve a suitable studio in your desired location.

Kindly reach out to me before finalizing your booking to ensure my availability aligns with your desired schedule.
