What happens next?
1.We will process your custom order request
Please allow 24-48 hours for designers to review your request
2. An invoice will be sent via email within 24-72 hours after you receive a confirmation email of your order
(Subject of email: Custom Order Confirmation Request)
3. Once your invoice is paid, please allow 2-3 weeks for designers to bring your custom order to life!
Don't worry! If your order is available sooner we will email you
Please note: There is a RUSH FEE for orders needed immediately.
4. Email updates will be sent throughout the process.
*All orders are processed in the order in which they are received
